Partnering with ITS Feda Ltd
If you are an IT service provider then the ITS Feda Partner Program is designed to help you grow revenue and margin. In a nutshell your organisation can offer training courses across the broadest spectrum in IT. ITS Feda will do all the work and provide you with a very healthy margin.
How does it work?
- Send us a specification for a training requirement – this may be part of an ITT or a requirement from one of your customers.
- A dedicated ITS Feda partner training consultant will prepare a response and include all the training costs.
- You submit the quote. The delivery can either be presented as from ITS Feda or “White Labelled” using us as your IT training department.
- Invoices are raised and the training is carried out – the agreed margins are transferred.
- Full electronic course satisfaction feedback is available over the web.

Why do we do it?
Working with partners presents opportunities for everyone that they may not have had before. It is also good business to use the experience and skills of another company to enhance your own.
What contracts are needed?
None. Most of our agreements are based on a simple letter of understanding. This is a partnership approach. We are interested in long term arrangements which work for both parties.
Have you done this with many organisations?
Not hundreds No but with a select few. We already have several new partners on board from this year already and hope to recruit more. We are looking to treble the number of partnerships by the end of the year
Do your partners compete?
We try to not overlap the services of our partners. Most are focused within certain industries or areas to keep any competition at a minimum. There is however no certainty and sometimes overlaps are going to happen. This is a fact of business but we do ask from our partners and give ourselves complete honesty and transparency. We want everyone to succeed and to grow these partnerships to the benefit of everyone.
