Q – Why should I pick ITS Feda as my resettlement company?

A – We only offer approved and tested  courses.  Our offerings have the experience to provide you with the knowledge to have a successful future.

Q - How do I apply for my Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC)?

A - Contact your learning centre staff & they will explain the procedure.

Q - Who do I give my application to once completed?

A - Each circumstance is different so please contact your advisor or learning centre and they will be able to advise you.

Q - Who should I contact if I have left the services?

A - Claimants no longer in service will need to get in touch with their Single Service Representative in place of the PLA or learning centre. These details are as follows:

 Q - When does ITS Feda need the delegate contribution and the Claim Authorisation Notes form (CAN)?

A - ITS Feda must receive the CAN form and the delegate contribution 5 working days before the start of the course. This should be sent to ITS Feda Limited, White Lodge Farm, Goose Rye Road, Worplesdon, Surrey GU3 3RJ.

Q - How do I pay my delegate contribution?

A - Payments can be made by debit/credit card (we do not accept American Express currently) by contacting Katie on 0870 145 1600 with your details. Alternatively you can pay by cheque made payable to ITS Feda Ltd and sent to our address, see above.
