No more ITIL V3/V3:2011/V3.1!

We've recently received an update from the accreditor (APM Group) that confirms that ITIL V3 will now be referred to as just 'ITIL'.

The reason for this, as you are probably aware, is that since the withdrawal of ITIL V2 at the end of June this year, there isn't really a need for a version number any more. As far as we are aware, there are no plans for ITIL V4.

 

VMware vSphere Version 5!

This is the latest release of the very popular VMware vSphere course. The course is based on ESXi 5.0 and vCenter Server 5.0. Upon completion of this course, you can take the examination to qualify as a VMware Certified Professional.
