Prometric Testing
ITS Feda Limited is a Authorised Prometric Testing Centre with testing available at both Bristol and Guildford training centres.
Prometric offers the most extensive, professional and secure testing network in the world where tests are delivered in over 160 countries in over 7,500 locations.
To register for a test, a candidate can register and book their exam via Prometric's website; www.prometric.com or over the phone.
Candidates should contact Prometric for their Microsoft examinations on
0800 592 873.
Please be ready with the following information:
- Name
- Prometric ID number
- Prometric voucher number (if you have one)
- Company name
- Work/home telephone & fax numbers
- Name and number of test
- Location of test
- Date and time of test
The registration is processed by Prometric's registration system and then sent electronically to ITS Feda Limited. The date and time of the exam is requested by the candidate.
On arrival at ITS Feda Limited, the candidate will be asked for two forms of identification, one of which must contain a photograph. The candidate will then be shown into the testing room by a Certified Administrator, and has the option of taking a tutorial prior to starting the test.
The testing room is invigilated at all times whilst exams are in progress. On completion of the exam, the candidate will see the result on screen and then receive a printed score report with the result and breakdown of the test. The Certified Administrator will stamp this with the official seal.
